Inlet Cooling Systems ( better known as Gas Turbine Fogging) augment the power output of Gas Turbines.  AMCO’s Direct Spray Inlet Cooling System consists of one or more skid-mounted positive displacement pumps to feed demineralized water at 3,000 psi (207-bar) into a series of seamless stainless steel headers connected to stainless steel nozzle manifolds located downstream of the filter housing.

AMCO’s control panel division builds quality panels at competitive rates: UL panels, Operator Interface Stations, Control Sub-Assemblies, Machine Control Panels, etc. AMCO provides these quality assemblies with parts as required by the customer’s project. Assemblies can be tested and stocked for “Just-in-Time” delivery.

These humidification systems are based on atomizing water using compressed air.  Self-cleaning nozzles are very reliable. They produce a fog-like mist that is easily absorbed in the atmosphere. Using tap water, these systems are economical to operate and have low maintenance. The humidity level is controlled within ± 2%.

AMCO’s Digital Space Humidifiers are available in 24 and 36 pounds-per-hour configurations. The units can be customized to have all four nozzles facing forward (in-row mount) or to have all four nozzles spaced around the top of the unit facing all four directions (conventional mount). They utilize tap water and compressed air.

Ideal for large areas, these systems utilize small, compact pumping systems to pressurize water and atomize it through AMCO’s exclusive Swirl-Jet nozzles. Thousands of applications operate in textile plants, printing plants, wood manufacture, etc.
