Example: Find the moisture required to raise the humidity from 20% to 65% at 80°F in a room with dimensions L=200', W=100', H=25' and 2 air changes per hour.

Solution: See psychrometric chart.
Pounds of moisture per hour = (VOL AIR CUFT/HR)(GRAINS of MOISTURE/LB DRY AIR) EX: LBS of Moisture/HR = (200x100x25) (2) (70) (7000)(13.9)= 719.5 = 1.438 GPM

Use 72 - 10 LB nozzles; place 2 180' lines 50' apart, with 36 nozzles each. See above schematic.
